The Lighthouse Program receives much of our income from community events, some of them small and one-offs, others have evolved over the years into regular events that many look forward to each year.
If you would like to support us by hosting an event be this a Run or sports events, or a private party, please let us know – we are grateful for any new ideas that fuel our growth.

Annual Christmas Bring and Buy
Thanks to all of our friends, old and new, who joined us on Tuesday, November 27th 2012 for the 11th Annual Bring and Buy. An outstanding success thanks to many generous donations from businesses, individuals, florists and designers from Halton and Peel – together we raised $9500 almost enough for an entire children’s group for an entire Lighthouse Year.
The Christmas wreaths were beautiful, the venue so welcoming, and the catering from Alex Flye Catering and Wendy McPherson’s Moon and Six Pence was superb. Thank you all, see you next year.
